Welcome to the next stop on the Traveling Teacup’s itinerary – where our cup enjoyed a lovely teatime with Candace of Unfolding Beautiful!

Not only is Candace’s blog beautiful, I love her mission to “Inspire busy wives and mamas to chase after the beautiful life they were created for.” And she certainly does inspire with every post!
The Teacup’s Stops So Far
If you missed the background of the teacup’s journey, you can read about it in the original Traveling Teacup post.
The first stop was Martha’s beautiful Oregon farm. Then our cup went to the Bay Area to see creator and HomeTalk personality, Cynthia Nessel of CreateWithCynthia.com.
And then, it was off cross country to the beautiful home of Kansas City stylist, Suzanne Zingg @suzannezinggstyle! And Now …
Stop #4 ~ Teatime with Lifestyle Blogger Candace McCoy
Our teacup’s next stop involved a journey to Borger, TX, the home of Lifestyle blogger Candace McCoy.

Candace shared a teatime or two (or three) with our little cup. Here’s her story!
Morning Tea
While the traveling teacup was in my company, I affectionately nicknamed her “Rosie.” Here we are drinking English Breakfast tea and soaking up some interior design inspiration together before heading to the office.

Ahh – what a lovely morning view! Candace has inspired me to save a few moments for a pre-office teatime, myself!
Artistic Tea
Little Rosie the Teacup and me enjoying some creative reset, and attempting my first watercolor landscape.

Picnic Tea
I took Rosie along with me to a local park where we enjoyed afternoon tea by the creek.

Isn’t that beautiful?! I’d love to jaunt down to Texas and have a fun outdoor teatime in the park, wouldn’t you?
Teatime Picnic Setup
I used my favorite thrifted picnic basket, tea set, a vintage sheet, and some rattan chargers to create a cozy place for us to sit and enjoy each other’s company.

Tea and Cookies
Rosie and I enjoyed Twinings Buttermint Tea while dining on fresh fruit and strawberry oatmeal cookies.

I so enjoyed my time with the traveling teacup! We had such fun together.
That visit sounds like so much fun – I bet our little teacup enjoyed it too!
THANK YOU Candace, for being such a gracious and wonderful host, and sharing your lovely photos with us!
Teatime at Unfolding Beautiful.com
Candace has written her own post about teatime with our Traveling Teacup, at UnfoldingBeautiful.com. It’s called The Traveling Teacup and an Invitation to Rest. I can’t wait to read it too!
The Traveling Teacup’s Next Adventure
Our teacup has bid adieu to Texas! Rosie is flying – with fond memories and eager anticipation – to a gorgeous garden on the Puget Sound!

Yaay! Our teacup will be on its way to you next week – it’s certainly making the rounds isn’t it!? π I can’t wait to see what fun you have with it! Hope you had a lovely weekend! π
I’ve enjoyed reading about the cups journey. This is such a fun idea. My husband is Irish, so we drink a LOT of hot tea in our house. My teenaged daughter is thinking of suggesting that some of the girls she competes with (singing) could do the same. They see each other at competitions but live scattered throughout the state. Thanks for letting us follow along!
Ha – Anne! I was writing back to you then got so caught up in your blog that I forgot to finish! π I’m so glad you like the traveling teacup – with all that tea in the house, I can see how it might appeal! And that’s great that your daughter wants to do it! I’ve been a singer since I was a kid too, and my music buddies are still some of my very best friends! π Thanks so much for stopping by, and hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday weekend!
What a relaxing stop here to discover your gorgeous teacup adventures – so serene and lovely. Wishing you peace and love.
Thanks so much Michele – I’ll take all the peace and love I can get! π I’m really happy you like the teacup and its travels – it’s so fun how each stop is different! I’m already excited for the next one! π Take care till then!
