Well, it’s fall, and I’m in the process of making my holiday season plans* – specifically looking for some Thanksgiving tablescape inspiration! I’ve been setting tables and taking pictures of them for a lot of years, (even before I started blogging) so I have lots of potential inspiration out there!

This one was an actual Thanksgiving tablescape, not just fall. It was quite a departure for me at the time – one of my first patterned tablecloths!

This was another actual Thanksgiving tablescape, and as the name suggests, I designed a printable place card for it. It was kind of fun (read: “challenging!”) how I got those leaves to stay on the candle holders, but it turned out ok in the end! Lots of tablescape inspiration in this one!

Oh I loved this one! Those flowers were such beautiful colors, and my new copper napkin rings were the perfect touch. If I recall, setting the table made me add another recipe to the menu!

Is there anything better than eating outside at a beautiful fall table?
This table was inspired by a piece of fabric! I set it outside because it was a beautiful day here in the Pacific NW, which is only kind of unusual this time of year. If you’re looking for fall tablescape inspiration and you live somewhere with more predictable weather – or you just get lucky – this is the one for you!

And last but certainly not least, this tablescape inspiration came from a beautiful bit of nature in a sort of unexpected place. Plus the table has that Formal/Informal contrast that I love so much.
I posted this at the end of my very first year of blogging, and it still makes me laugh to remember what a novelty it was to take pictures! This table really sparkled!
