No really, I’m SO excited – I just got some gorgeous blush table linens from Made on 23rd!
And Then I Set a Table! But Warning:
I’m admitting it right now – I took a bazillion pictures of this table! So with only a small bit of introduction, I’m going to let the photos tell the story!
Besides my new blush table linens, I’ve had all the other pieces for a long time. If you’ve been around a while, you might have seen every one of them before.
I’ll put links to each of them in the Shopping Section below. Also feel free to ask questions in the Comments – I love to hear from you!
So without further ado, let’s toddle right along!
How I Met The Creator Behind My Blush Table Linens
I met Deb Spofford – the owner and creator at Made on 23rd – last September when I attended the Petals and Props workshop taught by the amazing @alajamie. The workshop location was a wonderful piece of property just across the river from me in Vancouver WA. Deb’s property!
On that property they have a wonderful barn where she and her husband hold workshops and events. In addition, Deb has her studio, where she does – among other things – block printing and dying of gorgeous linen textiles.
While I was there, she very graciously gave me a tour of her studio and I was smitten! I’ve wanted some of her blush table linens ever since, and now I have them! Of course, as soon as I unwrapped them, I just had to set a table!
Setting The Table With Copper And Blush
I’ve always loved copper and blush together, so my old copper pitcher and copper chargers were perfect.
This was one of those times when I really wished I had some copper flatware. But I think the silver worked out ok. Plenty of mixed metal in this tablescape.
The Blush Table Linens
The linens are so gorgeous that I wanted to really show them off.
I twined and mounded the runner so we got to see a lot of the beautiful texture.
And same with the napkins, so I laid them with lots of fabric exposed. And no napkin rings to squish them up, either!
Flowers
Our mock orange bush in the back yard is blooming. And even though the flowers don’t last very long once they’re cut, they look lovely for a night.
Candles
And candles of course.
So That’s All Folks!
And that’s really all the words for this lovely blush table linen post. Enjoy the photos below, and shopping below that!
Give me a holler in the Comments and let me know what you think. And thanks as always for being here and sharing Mantel and Table with me!

Such a lovely table Barbara! The copper centerpiece is stunning and too bad those blooms don’t last since they are beautiful. The linens are stunning and I can see why you’re excited. I love linens too and totally get it. Happy Mother’s day friend. XO- MaryJo

Hi MaryJo! I wish the mock orange blossoms lasted longer too, but they’re so beautiful for their short time. Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day! And here’s to a lovely week too!

Hi, popping over from BNOTP. Your blush and copper setting immediately caught my eye. Just gorgeous. I now have a new color combo to add to my favorites. Also might look stunning in early fall (when you aren’t yet ready for the deep autumn colors) with fall flowers. Thanks for sharing your table.
Barbara Leone says
Hi Mia! Yaay – you’ll love the blush and copper. And yes, it would be great in the fall! I’ll have to remember that when the leaves just barely start to turn. Thanks for the great idea, and for stopping over. Feel free to come back any time! ๐

It is so fun to have blogging friends who get as excited over new linens as much as I do! These are SO lovely, so delicate looking. I love the fringed edge on the napkins! Are you like me….I will set a pretty table with them, but then make family use other napkins for actual dining! Thanks for sharing, your table is beautiful, and your excitement over the new linens, infectious!

Barbara, what a beautiful and elegant table you have set. The blush linens are so pretty and pair wonderfully with your lovely china. I thought that was a mock orange centerpiece. My grandmother had a mock orange, and I can remember as a little girl picking bouquets from it. The scent was heavenly! Iโve been looking for one to plant in my own yard, but Iโve not been able to find one yet. Thanks for sharing your lovely table! Happy Thursday!
Barbara Leone says
Hi Shannon! That’s so cool that your grandmother had mock orange too! It does smell heavenly, but ours doesn’t have too much scent anymore. We think it’s probably well over 75 years old. Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Thursday to you too! ๐
